BOARDING:  Conditions of Boarding

1.  VACCINATIONS
A current certificate of vaccination and/or booster will be required for inspection at the time of admission. These must have been carried out at least 14 days prior to boarding.
No dog  can be accepted unless it has been vaccinated against: Distemper, Infectious hepatitis, Parvo virus Leptospirosis, Para influenza. We recommend vaccination against kennel cough but this is not a requirement of boarding.

2. BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS.
Early reservations are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment, & are essential for Summer, Christmas and other Peak periods.  A 10% booking fee is required at the time of booking .
Please note All deposit are non-refundable.

3.  OPENING HOURS,
We are open every day of the year .We are open for the drop off & collection  of your dog from 9am until 5pm week days. And 9am until 3pm on Sundays. No drop off or collections Christmas  day & Boxing day.

4.MEDICAL CONDITIONS / SPECIAL NEEDS,
In order for us to provide the best possible care of your pet please advise us of any pre -existing medical conditions. We can cater for most special needs & are happy to administer medication as prescribed by your vet.

5. VETERINARY ATTENTION.
Whilst animals boarded at ROSEDALE BOARDING KENNELS receive every care and attention, they are boarded at the risk of the owner. The management of the kennels can accept no liability. Should any animal require treatment, the management reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon and act upon his advice, any expense incurred to be met by the owner of the animal.

6. PAYMENTS
All accounts are due in advance. For Long Term Boarders the account is prompt monthly in advance. In the event of the customer not settling the account within one month then Rosedale Boarding Kennels will seek payment through legal channels where appropriate. All Animals are charged for on the day of arrival regardless of time of arrival. On the day of departure if the animal is collected before 10:00 AM no charge will be made for that day.
